As we wrap up 2025, I’ve been thinking a lot about what this year meant – both personally and professionally. At the beginning of the year, I set a goal to spend four weeks with my family in Wisconsin. It felt ambitious at the time, but I actually got to spend six full weeks with them. It was time that felt grounding, restorative, and impossible to overvalue.
This year also nudged me into trying new things. I drove across the country with my two pups, Gia and Max, rediscovering just how big and beautiful the middle of the map can be. While on vacation, I caravaned down the Baja peninsula with friends (and the pups, of course), camping on some of the most beautiful, remote, untouched, and pristine beaches I’ve ever seen. Currently, I’m learning a new sport (kiting!).
All of these experiences were possible because of something I’m deeply grateful for: One Wealth Advisors’ commitment to work-life balance and flexibility doesn’t just make logistics easier, it expands what’s possible in our lives. I felt that this year more than ever.
As 2025 closes, I’m heading into the new year with a sense of appreciation, curiosity, and excitement for what’s ahead. My biggest (re)learning from this year is that life, as it tends to do, sometimes has other plans… and ended up giving me something even better than I could have imagined.
I hope this season brings you joy, connection, and moments that surprise you in the best ways.
Happy Holidays, and cheers to 2026!
