Whip smart (many on the team call her scary smart), Karime provides exceptional client service through her specialized training and skills in complex financial analysis and data analytics. Additionally, she is known for her impeccable client experience through hyper responsive service.

Elizabeth Brotz, CFP®

Liz has a perpetual love for learning, whether of an academic pursuit, or gaining an understanding of the lives of our clients. Recently, she earned her Certified Financial Planner™ certification and joined One Wealth Advisors’ Planning & Investments Department. Liz also holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco, a Bachelor of Science in pre-medicine from the University of Notre Dame, and is an entrepreneur, having started and successfully run a small business for a nearly a decade.

Kevin Cohen

As Managing Partner and Chief Compliance Officer, Kevin oversees all aspects of One Wealth Advisors’ day to day activities. Kevin is detailed oriented with an easy-going nature; client focus and satisfaction are the heart of his role. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry in a variety of roles including Margins, Trading and Collateral Management.

Eleanor Hall

Warm and communicative, Eleanor brings years of hospitality experience to One Wealth Advisors. Known for her thoughtful service, she excels at making clients feel valued and well-cared for every step of the way. In 2023, Eleanor earned her Series 65 license.

Frank Mannino, CFP®

As a CFP® professional and Director of Financial Planning at One Wealth Advisors, Frank brings his years of experience in Financial Services as well as his substantial background in Mathematics and Educational Leadership to the firm. Frank works collaboratively with the team to develop the Financial Life Plans that drive most all of the advice and recommendations in our practice.

David brings 25 years of wealth management, financial planning and banking experience to One Wealth Advisors and is known by all to be relentlessly empathetic, disciplined and detail oriented. As a CFP® professional, David’s focus is on working with people to help set and meet their financial life goals, while being unafraid to get into areas of their financial lives that can be emotionally and psychologically challenging. David is forever patient and willing to tackle the details and complexity of each client’s unique financial life roadmap.

David Steele

As the Founder and Managing Partner of One Wealth Advisors, David sets the strategy, vision, and culture for the firm, leveraging his nearly 30 years in finance and as an entrepreneur. A person of many interests, he manages to balance logic with creativity through his varied unexpected activities. David has worked hard to help build a firm that acts as a fiduciary for our clients, always placing the interests of those we serve above everything else. The firm’s north star is helping people lead happier and more peaceful lives.

Jonathan Steele, CFA®

As Chief Investment Officer, Jonathan leads the investment research and portfolio management initiatives at One Wealth Advisors. A Chartered Financial Analyst® and a member of the CFA Institute, he has been dedicated to his career for more than 20 years – in addition to being dedicated to his wife for over 15 years! His expertise includes portfolio theory, tactical and strategic asset allocation, and behavioral finance.

Tessa Sternberg

Tessa joined One Wealth with an eye for detail, a love for people’s stories and a careful thoughtfulness, which she sharpened over two years of editing educational news content for kids. As part of Operations, she takes the lead on welcoming new clients and guiding them through our client onboarding experience. Her level-headedness and calming demeanor puts her in the perfect position to help clients feel at ease as they join the One Wealth team.
