As a child, Adrian discovered a great enjoyment of math and numbers, along with a strong desire to help people. After graduating from UC Santa Cruz, he was inspired by his father, a CPA and financial advisor, to begin taking classes in financial planning and tax preparation. Now, Adrian is studying for the Special Enrollment Exam to become an Enrolled Agent (EA), the next step on his journey in the tax field. He’s thrilled to be part of the team at One Wealth Advisors, where he can put his skills to use helping clients feel more confident and empowered in their lives.

A long-time lover of fantasy novels, Adrian can frequently be found with a book and a cup of tea. His favorite author is Tamora Pierce, whose books he first discovered at the local library in fifth grade and continues to re-read regularly. His appreciation of the fantasy genre began early on, when he joined his father’s Dungeons & Dragons group at age four.

At UC Santa Cruz, Adrian studied computer science with a focus on video game design. He remains an avid gamer, enjoying both video games and board games. He has also worked as a writer on several tabletop roleplaying game books, which was one of his childhood aspirations. He credits his early introduction to Dungeons & Dragons as the source of his interest in reading rules and regulations, an interest which ultimately led him to the world of finance and taxation.
