As of this writing, we are well into 2026, over 10 years after we launched One Wealth Advisors. The journey since has been nothing short of spectacular. Since then, we have added eight full time employees, some of whom have since become owners and partners in the firm. We’ve built our entire technology ecosystem with the goal of serving our clients with the duty and care they expect and deserve. We have been honored to name over 200 additional families as clients and we are advising on well over $1 billion in assets.
What’s remarkable to me is how, in many ways, we have not changed. When we sit down with clients, conversations revolve around what we can do to make them happier, what will bring them peace of mind and how we can help remove friction in their lives. It sounds simple, but in an industry that is littered with manufactured products, often created not for clients but to make money, being focused on what matters remains our North Star. What doesn’t matter is how others perceive the external valuation of our company, or how we can make the most money. What matters is that our clients feel cared for and that they know we are always there for them when needed.
